We had a fantastic time with friends at this hotel! The infinity pool views were stunning, and we loved playing racquetball together. The breakfast buffet was impressive, with tons of options. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable.

One minor issue was a broken lamp switch in our room, which could have been fixed easily.

The size of the room was impressive and the staff were very welcoming. We enjoyed the live music each night at the bar, creating a lively atmosphere.

The infinity pool had awesome views for photos, and the gym was fully equipped. the room had a large bathtub that was great after a long day. I really enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere every evening.

My recent stay at Sheraton was quite pleasant. The staff were consistently friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome throughout my time. The room offered a stunning city view which added to the experience. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, featuring a variety of delicious options. The business center was efficient for my work needs, providing a suitable environment to organize meetings.

Location is quite far from the airport.

Not suitable for family escapade

The food at the restaurant was decent and the staff tried to be helpful but it felt like they were overwhelmed half the time. I also remember one of the attendants being really nice, providing assistance when we had issues with room service.

We had a fun time visiting the racquetball court together! The view from our room was amazing, and the staff made us feel welcomed and valued. The kids really loved the city views while we enjoyed some downtime after a busy day.

My kids wished there were more activities for them to enjoy, especially around the pool area.

This place is just a decent option for a quick stop in Chihuahua with exceptional value. The staff were courteous but the hotel needs some refurbishment. Be prepared to walk to the bar for drinks since there's no mini-bar in the room.
